It's been awhile since the New York Yankees were the kings of baseball, but now they're hoping that one prospect will help change that. His name is Clint Frazier, and he's a monster.

Steroids are a product of yesteryear. Today's players are getting it done the all-natural way with strict dieting, vitamins, and lots of time in the gym. Clint Frazier is a member of this new generation, and he's showing just how possible it is to achieve peak fitness through hard work and dedication.

"2017." Yep, that says it all about Frazier's mindset. Here we are in early December and he's putting the work in for next April-October... and then some. Clint is already drawing comparisons to an Irish version of the Incredible Hulk.

Last season, as a member of the Cleveland Indians' AA affiliate Akron Rubber Ducks, Clint smashed 13 home runs in 89 games with a .825 OPS. He is among New York's young crop of talented players who are poised to take the reigns of the squad going forward.

You're probably dying to know which natural substances Frazier has been taking to aid his diet and workout regimen. Here are a few:

  • L-Arginine - an alpha amino acid designed to boost the nitric oxide levels in your body, enabling better absorption of nutrients.
  • Milk Thistle - this antioxidant is great for any alcoholics out there. It prevents toxins from getting inside liver cells, which can extend the lifespan of your body's cells.
  • Eurycoma Longifolia - a natural vitality boost, this Asian bred substance is known to increase one's sperm count.
  • Coleus Forskohlii - helps with weight loss as well as treating individuals with sleeping disorders.

Those of you who don't play baseball are probably thinking that it's a bit ridiculous for a guy to get really jacked just to swing a bat. Well it isn't, okay?! The stronger your abdominals and hip flexor muscles are, the faster and more powerfully you can make contact with the ball, propelling it over the outfield fence. This is why Clint loves his medicine ball so much.

He isn't the only young Yankee getting his burn in—so is Luis Severino.

Severino seems to be going the agility route with his beach sprints. Ever run through sand? It's not fun.

Sure these youngsters appear fit and ready to tackle the 2017 season, but will they reach their fans' lofty expectations? The Yankees are certainly hoping so. Now with Alex Rodriguez and Mark Teixeira out of the picture, the Bronx rebuild has begun. On a side note, Frazier is trying to score a date with Instagram model Jen Selter, using the logic that, since they're both in New York they should go on a date. #SelterFrazierDate began trending right away.
