For fans of the hit NBC series The Biggest Loser, there's a new fitness themed program that may peak your fancy. Strong consists of 10 male trainers working with 10 female trainees.
The trainers teach their students methods for improving their physical fitness and help them learn to achieve a healthy balance between mind and body.
Contestants compete in Medallion Challenges to decide who will advance to the next round. Meanwhile, trainers compete against one another for their own supremacy.
Where Strong separates itself from its parent program, The Biggest Loser, is in its ability to recognize health issues in average sized Americans. Instead of focusing on extreme weight problems, the show examines how everybody can afford to improve their fitness.
